In case a product is out of stock, we will notify you and provide options for an alternative or refund.

All prices for products are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without prior notice; however, any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetTested India Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to health issues or delays in diagnosis.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the product(s) in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Purchase are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, India.
